These Terms apply to purchases made directly through moroxxocare.com. The current launch storefront is intended for customers shipping to the United States. Orders are fulfilled from Indonesia.

Orders and payment
Prices for the U.S. storefront are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Review the product, quantity, shipping address, shipping method, taxes or charges shown by checkout, and final total before placing the order. An order is not guaranteed until it is accepted and payment has been successfully processed or otherwise confirmed by the payment method in use.
International fulfillment
Orders are dispatched from Indonesia to the United States. Shipping services, charges, and any delivery estimate presented at checkout depend on the address, carrier, service level, and current logistics conditions. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, security inspections, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Import duties, taxes, and carrier charges
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, handling, or carrier charges. Unless checkout expressly states that a particular charge is included, a customer may be responsible for charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers, or other third parties. Moroxxo Care does not control charges imposed after shipment enters the destination country.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We may be unable to stop an order after fulfillment or carrier handoff has begun. This does not limit any non-waivable rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns and Refund Policy pages. Contact Moroxxo Care before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or sent to the wrong facility.

Provide accurate account and delivery information and keep login credentials secure. Do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access, interference with the store, or unlawful activity.
Governing framework
PT. Eye Wealth Indonesia operates the store from Indonesia. To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by applicable Indonesian law, without excluding mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.
