Requesting a refund or replacement
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@moroxxocare.com with your order number and supporting information. We may ask for photos, package labels, or other reasonable evidence so we can review the claim.
Change of mind
Because products are shipped internationally from Indonesia, we do not promise a general change-of-mind return after an order has entered fulfillment. If we voluntarily approve a change-of-mind return, we will provide the specific conditions and return-shipping responsibility before you send the item. This policy does not limit non-waivable rights for defective or non-conforming goods.
Condition of returned products
Where a return is required, keep the product, packaging, and included items in the condition reasonably consistent with the issue reported. Opening a package to discover a defect or damage does not by itself invalidate a legitimate claim.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are generally returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time can vary by payment provider or bank. We will communicate the approved amount and status. Moroxxo Care will never ask for your card PIN, one-time password, or account password to issue a refund.
Shipping and import charges
Whether original shipping costs, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, or carrier fees are refundable depends on the reason for the return, who charged the fee, and applicable law. Charges imposed directly by customs authorities or third-party carriers may need to be addressed with the party that collected them.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with these terms, the mandatory requirement controls.
