Moroxxo Care fulfills U.S. storefront orders from Indonesia. At launch, checkout is configured for delivery addresses in the United States.

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout based on the current store configuration and delivery address. The amount shown at checkout should be reviewed before placing the order. We do not promise free international shipping unless an active offer is explicitly shown in checkout.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless a carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service. International delivery can be affected by carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.
Customs and import charges
Your MOROXXO order ships from Indonesia to the United States. U.S. import duties, taxes, customs processing fees, brokerage, or carrier handling charges may apply upon arrival. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Moroxxo Care and, when assessed, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Inspecting your delivery
Inspect the package and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Keep the shipping label and packaging until you are satisfied that the order is correct. Photos or an unboxing video can help us investigate damage, missing items, or an incorrect shipment, but we will also review other relevant evidence you provide.
Reporting a problem
Contact hello@moroxxocare.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or documents. Prompt notice can make carrier investigations easier, but it does not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Returns
Do not mail a return until Moroxxo Care provides return instructions and confirms the return location. Where a return is approved for a defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product, responsibility for reasonable return costs will be determined according to the facts and applicable law. Change-of-mind returns, if accepted, may be subject to different conditions and return-shipping costs.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law. Where a mandatory legal requirement conflicts with these terms, the mandatory requirement controls.
